Decal-it binds printing inks into an insoluble plastic film that can be transferred to almost any surface( Canvas, Wood, Particle Board, Glass, Plaster, Metal and Fabric).
Cannot be use to transfer photographs and some varnished paper stocks,such as magazine covers.
