This design is a replica of an authentic spinning wheel from olden days,having a 486mm diameter wheel with bent wood rim.
Plan is complete with mother-of-all distaff, treadle operation, etc.
A feature of this wheel is it's attractive turnings which make it a most decorative piece besides being functional.
